DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE

The rules of the forum can be found HERE.

Failure to follow these rules may result in editing or deletion of offending posts and offenders may be subject to consequences under the disciplinary procedure.

The stages of the Disciplinary Procedure are not set in stone and are flexible. The course of action taken against a member is dependent on the rule break and is judged on an individual basis.

Consequences under the Disciplinary Procedure can be any of the following:

• No access to user profiles
• Modification of the user profile is disabled
• Posting is moderated (posts must be approved by admin/moderator before it will show on the forum)
• Arcade use is disabled
• Private messaging is disabled
• Temporary Ban (suspension)

Each offence, along with the Consequences above, can be accompanied by a Warning. The severity of the offence will dictate the number of warnings issued before a suspension or ban.

Persistent rule breaking or particularly abusive one off incidents may result in the Admin team exercising their right to ban members without notice or warning.

While these rules and guidelines cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, the Admin / Mod Team reserves the right to take any actions deemed appropriate to ensure the forum is not disrupted or abused in any way.

I feel as though I have been told off and I want to cry. If I break a rule Sam tell me straight away as I would never want to offend anyone or do something wrong. Can't find a crying icon.
