This forum allows a maximum Avatar size of 120 pixels X 120 pixels.

This topics advises how to resize an image or photo so that it is within this limit and can be used as an Avatar.

There are various tools out there for resizing Avatars, you can download them free off the internet, just search for Free Avatar Sizer on Google.

I use the Avatar Sizer that can be downloaded quickly and easily from http://www.avatarsizer.com/ .

There are very easy step by step instructions on screen talking you through resizing the image.

No doubt there are other Avatar Sizers out there but I like this one as it is quick and easy, and also allows you to resize an image to any size upto 150 pixels (whereas alot of Avatar Sizers automatically resize the image to a preset size, usually teeny tiny!).

If anyone uses alternative sizers, feel free to post on this thread to let others know.
